2. In order to prevent water from entering the equipment, please keep glassware such as beakers and measuring cylinders with liquids away from the equipment.
3. Please do not push items other than 51 or 97 quantitative orifice plate and plastic holder into the sealing machine, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the equipment.
4. During use, if hands, clothes, hair, etc. are accidentally brought into the sealing machine, please press the reverse button at the entrance of the device immediately.
5. In other situations that need to be reversed (such as putting the plastic holder into the device before the tray guide is flat), press the reverse button. It is important to note that after the rubber pad has fully entered the device, do not reverse the operation.
6. If there are multiple inspection tasks, multiple quantitative glue holders can be successively put into the equipment for sealing.
7. After sealing, turn off the power switch first, and then unplug the power plug.
8. When the equipment fails and cannot be used normally, stop the operation immediately and turn off the power supply, and contact the manufacturer's technicians in time, and do not disassemble it without permission.
9. When the equipment is not used for a long time, in order to avoid the corrosion of the instrument due to indoor humidity, it is recommended to store it in a ventilated and dry place.
Second, the program-controlled quantitative sealing machine cleaning and maintenance
1. Only professionally trained operators can clean and maintain the equipment.
2. Before the equipment is maintained, it must be powered off and cooled for more than 0.5h.
3. If it must be opened before cooling, be careful not to touch the upper drum.
4. It is recommended to use a soft dry cloth to clean the casing of the device. If necessary, you can also use isopropyl alcohol or household bleach for cleaning.
5. The quantitative glue holder can be sterilized in a high pressure sterilizer, or isopropyl alcohol or household bleaching powder can be used.
6. It should be noted that only designated personnel can open the front cover of the equipment.
7. When cleaning and maintaining the heating roller and the rotating rubber roller, a soft cloth or sponge can be dipped in distilled water, isoacetone, diluted bleach or mild detergent for cleaning. Be careful not to use abrasive materials and aggressive cleaners.
8. If you encounter stubborn stains during the cleaning process, you can use the detergent to soak for a period of time before cleaning.
9. After cleaning, dry the surface with a soft dry cloth and close the access door.
