1. Heating roller temperature error: when the heating roller temperature display error cannot be correctly read, it is recommended to restart the equipment immediately.
2. Temperature error during sealing: when continuously sealing the undercooled sample, the temperature of the heating roller will be lower than the temperature required for sealing. The error code is displayed on the screen and disappears after sealing. At this time, you should wait until the green light is on before sealing other samples.
3. Poor temperature stability: the temperature of the heating roller is constantly changing, and the surface may be polluted. The heating roller should be cleaned as soon as possible.
4. Abnormal temperature of heating roller: if the sealing machine is just opened and does not reach the sealing temperature, or multiple samples are sealed continuously, the heating roller may have abnormal temperature. At this time, do not touch the heating roller, and wait patiently until the green light is on to continue sealing.
5. The internal temperature of the equipment is too high: if the equipment is used excessively or the ambient temperature is high, the internal temperature of the equipment may be high. In order to maintain a safe temperature, the heater will turn off automatically. It can be used normally after cooling until the green light is on.
2、 Failure of indicator light of program-controlled quantitative sealing machine
1. The power indicator is not on: ① check whether the power supply is connected correctly and whether the voltage is consistent; ② Check whether the power switch key behind the equipment is turned on; ③ Check the fuse for damage and replace it if necessary.
2. When preheating, the green light is on for more than 10 minutes: contact the manufacturer and negotiate with relevant technicians.
3. The green light goes out during use: if the heating roller does not reach the sealing temperature, wait until the green light turns on before continuing the operation.
4. The green light goes out and there is liquid dripping from the bottom of the equipment: it is generally caused by excessive water samples (more than 100ml) or the inclination of the equipment, usually accompanied by "hissing" sound. At this time, just remove the base baffle at the front of the equipment and wipe off the accumulated water.
